Exchange & Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days only if a manufacturing defect is found.
• Product Condition: Purchased items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, unperfumed, and unwashed.
• Tags: The original price tag must remain attached to the item at the time of exchange or refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we kindly regret that all types of underwear and lingerie cannot be exchanged or refunded.
